Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lockers and storage chests that show signs of assembly or use. Custom or special order items are also final sale.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item after receiving and processing your return.
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless you qualify for free shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:
